Why is COVID-19 creating a chaos?

Stress can be narrowed down to many factors that influence your energy and your performance.
Briefly speaking:
Physical stress can be caused from inadequate sleep, nutrition, dehydration, medicine, wrong breathing techniques, beliefs around sickness and many others.
Simultaneously, the emotional area consists of inability to manage stress response, lack of emotional awareness, lack of emotional expression and so on.
Moving on to the mental area. The stress coming from this factor is causing you: your presence in the moment, your alertness and focus, clarity, creativity, inability to access brainpower, intuition, decision-making and memory of course (funny how many people suffer from insufficient memory – yet almost nobody proposes to the patient to reduce stress).
As we are holistic beings, we couldn’t forget the spiritual area. This factor is causing you stress when as a person you are not aware or connected to: your purpose, your vision, your values, goals and you lack of faith, confidence, commitment etc.
All four influencers above, are within your control and you can work on them any moment that you like. The following two influencers are outside of you or concerning other parties. Let’s have a look.
Social area: inability to influence others, inability to communicate and interact with others, presence of desired support network, or even when your close people make you compromise your values (also spiritual influencer).
Environmental area: the stress in this area can be created from climate (e.g rain) or too low – very high temperature, insufficient lighting, insufficient technology and/or equipment (perhaps at work). Environmental factor is also something like COVID-19.
Choose wisely what the media put in your head and replace them with a habit that is serving you..of course you can still watch the media to remain in touch with the wold, BUT....question everything.
The interesting thing about these influencers, is that each area affect the others. No wonder why so many people feel frightened in this pandemic (which affects all other areas).
This is the phase where awareness and acceptance comes into play. Awareness of understanding from where your stress is coming from in order to deal with it and acceptance of being ok with the thought of not controlling such a situation. Humans are so into controlling everything and when it comes to environmental influencers, fear, panic, depression and anxiety are very common consequences.
